You must be at least 13 years of age to use Flowmyx. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Flowmyx offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms and authorize recurring charges at the applicable billing interval.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with reasonable notice. Changes to pricing will not affect your current billing cycle.

All payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, unused features, or plan downgrades. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use Flowmyx for any unlawful purpose or activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to Flowmyx
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Upload or transmit harmful content including malware, spam, or content that infringes on third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Flowmyx uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials including summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and study plans. AI-generated content is provided for educational assistance only and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or definitive academic advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information before relying on it.

All content, branding, design, code, and technology comprising Flowmyx are owned by Chromyx and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you input into the service. By using Flowmyx, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Your use of Flowmyx is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We aim to keep Flowmyx available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chromyx and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Flowmyx. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the service. Continued use of Flowmyx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
