This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments work for Flowmyx, a product operated by Chromyx.

1. General Policy

Unless required by applicable law, all payments made for Flowmyx are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for:

  • partial billing periods
  • unused time
  • unused features
  • downgrades
  • change of mind after purchase

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your paid access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew.

4. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, including duplicate charges or billing mistakes, please contact us as soon as possible at support@flowmyx.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with our payment processor Paddle to resolve it.

5. Payment Processing

Payments for Flowmyx are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle’s checkout and payment terms where applicable.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page. Continued use of Flowmyx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
